Family Consecration

Every year, the Office of Family Evangelization supports and promotes FAMILY CONSECRATION leading up to the Feast Day of the Holy Family of Jesus, Mary, and Joseph, which takes place the Sunday after Christmas.

What is Family Consecration?
Renewing our baptismal commitment as a family by preparing over a time of prayer and reflection. We use resources from the Apostolate for Family Consecration (AFC) that are fun, interactive, and age-appropriate for children young and old: https://afc.org

When does preparation begin?
Just 7 days prior to the Feast of the Holy Family, which takes place the Sunday after Christmas. This makes preparing for Family Consecration the perfect way to keep our eyes focused on Jesus and the Holy Family during the holiday season!
