Welcome to Your Diocese Resource Center.

Mission and Purpose

The Diocese of Victoria Library and Media Center was begun in 1991 in order to serve the people of the 50 parishes and 19 missions of the diocese which are located in a nine county area. Since most people in the diocese are not able to come to the library to check out materials during regular business hours, the library is automated and available on the World Wide Web.

The library houses an excellent collection of books and videos on spirituality, scripture, prayer, liturgy, catechetical topics, morality, saints, church documents, and many more topics not readily available at a public library or book store. This is a valuable and needed service for the people in the Victoria Diocese.
